Property Management Specialist – Vacation Rentals Carolina One Vacation Rentals 1507 Palm Boulevard, Isle of Palms, SC 29451 We are looking for a property manager to join our vacation rental team with management responsibility’s of a high end portfolio of vacation homes on the Isle of Palms and Folly Beach. Goals include maximizing property owner income, maintaining property condition and provide excellence in guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the assigned portfolio of vacation rental properties Provide communication to property owner on all aspects of rental process Inspect properties routinely scheduling all cleaning and maintenance services as needed Maintain a positive, productive relationship with owners, property manager team members and guests Assist in rate management, calendar reviews and guest response Advertise properties and maintain listing content on vacation rental platforms Maintain billing in management software for services provided to properties Develop and manage annual rates and property improvement goals Provide guest assistance as needed Assist in property acquisition to rental program Skills Proven work experience as property manager a plus Overall understanding of the property management process in the Vacation Rental Market Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Strong communication skills Well organized with excellent time management skills Valid real estate agent/property management license
