Pay:

$22/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing laws, and company policies
Conduct regular inspections and address lease violations while enforcing property rules
Manage leasing activities, including marketing, applicant screening, and lease execution
Ensure timely processing of applications, certifications, and maintain accurate occupancy records
Serve as the primary contact for residents, resolving concerns and promoting community engagement
Manage rent collection, monitor delinquencies, assist in budget preparation, and oversee property expenses
Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with staff and vendors to maintain property standards

Qualifications:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in property management, affordable housing, or a similar field
Knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC programs, and Fair Housing laws
Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
