Headquartered in Charlotte, NC, we manage 3,000 units and aim to expand to 10,000 by 2030. The Opportunity As a Regional Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. The Skillset Proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred) Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations required 90 Days at LSA Management We believe in setting clear expectations and goals from the start. Days:

Understand the financial health and operational status of properties within your region Meet with Community Managers to understand property goals and current challenges Review and familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures Shadow experienced regional staff to learn best practices First 60

Days:

Begin overseeing property operations independently Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Assist Community Managers in addressing operational challenges Monitor financial performance and occupancy rates 90

Days & Beyond:
