Responsibilities:

Resident & Client Relations:
Provide outstanding service toresidents and work closely with the Client Services team to meetproperty owner expectations.

Retention & Performance:
Implement strategies to maintain highoccupancy rates, minimize vacancies, and meet key performancemetrics (rent collection, lease renewals, propertyperformance).

Vendor Management:
Oversee vendors to ensure timely,cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

Operational Leadership:
Manage move-ins, move-outs, routinemaintenance, and inspections in collaboration with the on-siteteam.

Strategic Growth & Development:
Actively contribute to thecompany’s growth through participation in strategy andproblem-solving meetings.

Creative Problem-Solving:
Innovate and optimize processes toimprove property performance and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications:
-
Experience:
2+ years in property management, with a strongunderstanding of residential property operations. 3rd partyresidential property management is a huge plus.

Licensing:
A valid South Carolina Property Manager license isrequired.

Customer-Focused:
Strong relationship-building skills withresidents and owners.

Proven Track Record:
Success in resident retention, minimizingvacancies, rent collection, and property performance.

Strategic Thinker:
Ability to implement creative solutions anddrive company initiatives.

Strong Communicator:
Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

Tech-Savvy:
Experience with property management software(AppFolio experience is a plus).
