Vacation Property Management Sales & Property Manager Cozy Property Management Charleston, SC 29401 About Us Cozy Property Management is a fast-growing property management company specializing in luxury vacation rentals in downtown Charleston. We provide full-service management, ensuring a seamless experience for both homeowners and guests. We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Vacation Property Management Sales & Property Manager to help expand our portfolio of managed properties while also taking on the responsibility of managing those properties. Job Overview This role is a hybrid of business development and property management. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new vacation rental properties for our portfolio while also serving as the property manager for the homes you onboard. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and hands-on property management.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:

Research and identify potential vacation rental properties to bring under Cozy Property Management. Network with real estate agents, investors, and property owners to generate leads. Conduct property evaluations and present management proposals to homeowners. Negotiate contracts and onboard new properties into our portfolio.

Property Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners. Oversee daily operations of vacation rentals, including guest communications, check-ins, and issue resolution. Ensure properties are well-maintained, coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors as needed. Monitor property performance, optimize pricing, and enhance guest experience. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in sales, real estate, or business development (hospitality or vacation rental experience preferred). 2+ years of property management experience (vacation rentals a plus). Strong networking skills with a proven track record in lead generation and closing deals. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle guest relations, conflict resolution, and property maintenance coordination. Knowledge of property management software (e.g. Hostaway, or similar) is a plus.
