We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our Columbia, South Carolina office, servicing the greater Columbia area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of single-family properties while benefiting from Northpoint’s established business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management :

Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties.

Leasing & Sales :

Utilize your North Carolina & South Carolina Real Estate license to manage property leasing, as well as sell properties for clients if desired.

Growth & Development :

Northpoint’s business development team will work to drive new clients to help grow your portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months.

Client Relations :

Provide exceptional service to clients, assisting with the closing process and delivering high-quality management services.

What We’re Looking For:

An active North Carolina & South Carolina Real Estate license. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations with ease.
