Description:
CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is in search of a full-time Assistant Community Manager to assist in the management of an on-site community located in Columbia, SC. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am- 5:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am- 2:00 pm during the pool, summer seasons.
Pay Rate:
19.00 hourly Responsibilities Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of the job Greet, welcome and direct homeowners that come into the office/clubhouse Provide administrative support. •Must be proficient in software usage/technology Assist with communication to community board of directors Schedule and prepare and attend regular board meetings. Take meeting minutes at the board meetings. Maintain communication with homeowners Prepare homeowner packets Sell real estate signs and monitor inventory Maintain the community owner website Respond to homeowner needs Assist in the analysis of monthly financial reports, learn to create variance reports for the boards of directors Contribute to monthly management reports Contact vendors for community maintenance and special projects Other items as needed and assigned
