Easlan Management Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Reserve at River Walk in Columbia, SC . Position Summary The Property Manager offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage with a focus on excellence and innovation within a vibrant community. As a central figure at (Property Name ), the Property Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the community’s success and resident satisfaction. This position reports to the Regional Manager. Essential Functions The Property Manager’s core responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Team Leadership:
Direct and evaluate the maintenance and office teams, fostering an environment of growth and excellence
Community Standards:
Uphold and enhance the community’s brand standards, maintaining the aesthetic and functional integrity of the property
Marketing & Leasing:
Drive leasing efforts with effective marketing strategies and tenant engagement to achieve occupancy targets
Resident Retention:
Cultivate a sense of community and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive engagement and service
Financial Management:
Oversee property financial operations, including budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure strict adherence to lease documentation, audit compliance, and regulatory standards Schedule • Provide Schedule Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in multi-family property management 1-3 years of supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education Active Property Management License PMS experience preferred (Entrata) Valid driver’s license from the state of residence Education High school diploma/GED required Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Personal Competencies Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Positive attitude and professionalism Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong work ethic and attention to detail Honest, organized, and reliable
Physical Duties Regular Property Inspections:
Involves walking, climbing stairs, and navigating the property to inspect facilities and grounds
Maintenance Coordination:
May require lifting or moving objects up to 30 pounds, coordinating repairs, and occasionally performing minor maintenance tasks
Prolonged Periods of Standing or Sitting:
Tasks such as conducting tours for prospective tenants or working at a desk completing administrative duties
Driving:
