Job Description:

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful management of the community, leading a team, ensuring high occupancy, maintaining the property’s condition, and supporting the overall goals of the organization. The role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative in all areas of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage leasing, resident relations, marketing strategies, and vendor coordination.
Lead and coach on-site staff to achieve operational and customer service goals.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with leadership to set and meet financial goals, including budgeting and expense tracking.
Oversee move-inmove-out processes and maintain positive resident experiences.
Stay informed on market conditions and adjust strategies as needed.
Handle resident issues and service requests with professionalism and urgency.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of property staff.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Represent the property in a professional, business-like manner at all times.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field.
Must have active Property Management License or PMC
Experience with Appfolio preferred, but experience with a leasing software required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Reliable transportation for property needs, errands, and local travel.

Additional Details:

Full-time, on-site position
Some physical tasks required (e.g., property tours, inspections, lifting up to 25 lbs)
Regular walking, standing, and occasional stair climbing involved
Must be able to work standard business hours, with occasional evening or weekend needs
