Job Description
Leading residential homebuilder with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join their team.

Experience:

5+ years in Residential Homebuilding

Base Pay DOE:

70K-125K

Responsibilities:

Manage the purchasing process for construction materials and supplies.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials to job sites.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Analyze and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
Manage and maintain purchasing records and systems.
Work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in residential production homebuilding purchasing.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and regulations
Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
