Airbnb Property Care Specialist, Manager, Guest-Ready Coordinator & Short-Term Rental Property Caretaker (Nashville, Tennessee) Hey there — Looking for someone reliable, salt of the earth, and ready to grow with us. Someone who is a dependable, down-to-earth person to help clean and manage a few short-term rental properties here in Nashville. I run a small but growing Airbnb property management business, and I need someone I can count on — not just to do a good job, but to take real pride in the work. If you are someone who wants to learn, grow, and be a part of something big that’s still in the early days, then this is for you. This is more than just a cleaning job. Yes, you’ll be doing property management and cleaning after guest stays — but you’ll also be the eyes and ears on the ground. You’ll be the one who notices if something is off, who makes sure everything feels just right for the next guest, and who helps keep things running smoothly as we expand to more properties. If you’re someone who’s super organized, communicates well, pays attention to the little things most people overlook, and shows up on time every time —I’d like to talk with you about this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Cleaning between guest stays — Changing linens, restocking essentials, wiping surfaces, scrubbing showers, fluffing pillows, vacuuming rugs, and making everything sparkle. You know the drill. Walking the property after each clean — Making sure everything looks and feels perfect before the next guest arrives.

Think:

Are the lights working? Trash bins out? Remote where it should be? Restocking supplies — Making sure there’s toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and anything else the property needs. I’ll provide the inventory checklist. Reporting issues or damage — If something’s broken, missing, or just not right, I need someone who’ll it immediately so we can fix it fast. Occasional errands or runs — Could be grabbing a replacement coffee maker or picking up extra towels from storage. Nothing crazy, just part of keeping things flowing nicely. Helping manage more listings as we grow — This role could grow into something bigger. If you’re dependable and organized, I’d love to keep handing you more.

What I’m Looking For:

Someone I can trust completely. I want to work with someone who’s solid, honest, and treats the properties like they’d treat their own home. Detail-oriented. You don’t cut corners. You spot the little things — the scuff on the baseboard, the hair in the sink, the pillow that’s not fluffed just right. Good communicator. You’ll be texting updates, sending photos, and letting me know when things are done. Clear, prompt, and respectful communication is a must. Flexible and responsive. Turnovers don’t always happen 9 to 5. If a guest checks out at 11 and the next one’s in at 3, I need someone who can work fast and make it happen. A car and a phone. You’ll need to get from one property to another and be reachable. Pretty simple. Experience is a plus, but attitude matters more. If you’ve cleaned or managed rentals before, great. If not, but you’re a quick learner who works hard, let’s talk.
