We are currently seeking candidates for an Assistant Project Manager for our Automated Controls division in our Nashville office.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our Automated Controls team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of building automation projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination and management of building automation projects from initiation to closeout. Collaborate with, engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. Support the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and clients. Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Prior experience in project management or construction industry is a plus. Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) or HVAC systems is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
