Job Summary:
The Residential Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests in an upscale, gated community. This role ensures a high level of service and security by managing visitor access, coordinating resident services, and enhancing the overall lifestyle experience within the neighborhood.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome residents and guests with professionalism and discretion. Monitor and manage community entry points; verify visitor access and enforce security protocols. Assist residents with personal service requests, including package handling, reservations, vendor coordination, and transportation. Provide local information, including recommendations for dining, entertainment, and services. Maintain relationships with trusted local vendors (housekeeping, maintenance, pet care, etc.). Ensure common areas (lobby, clubhouse, etc.) are maintained to the community’s standards. Maintain daily logs and records of incidents, deliveries, and resident interactions. Handle resident concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Homeowner concerns may include but not be limited to: 1. Home Maintenance Coordination o Scheduling and supervising repairs or routine maintenance (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, landscaping

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a luxury residential, hospitality, or concierge environment. Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills. Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information. Knowledge of local services and high-end vendors. Proficiency with resident management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Background check required.
Ability to:

This role is integral to assisting in creating and maintaining an environment that reflects the exclusivity and quality expected in luxury living, ensuring that both the properties and the community as a whole operate seamlessly and exceed resident expectations. Physical Demands The typical Assistant Community Manager will endure a number of nights each year with minimal sleep, particularly if on call or managing emergencies. In addition, there will be seasons when the physical demands of the company and its clients can be exhausting. Maintaining an onsite can require some heavy lifting and maneuvering as the individual’s ability allows.
