Property Manager King Rentals Property Management LLC Nashville, TN 37203 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a comprehensive understanding of property maintenance, administrative tasks, and real estate management. This role is crucial in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and managing relationships with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records related to property management activities, including tenant communications, maintenance requests, and financial transactions. Requirements Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and best practices. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in record keeping. Proficient in using CMMS software or similar tools for managing maintenance tasks. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
