Property Manager – Charleston, SC 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Nashville, TN 37227 Property Manager – Requires Relocation to Charleston, SC Jolin Enterprises, LLC is a privately owned real estate holding company that owns and manages 200+ residential and commercial properties across South Carolina and Georgia. We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to support the Company’s existing team in managing portfolio operations and meeting financial goals. This position will require that you relocate to Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect all rent in a timely manner and manage lease renewals
- Manage vacancies and maximize rental income across the portfolio
- Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and submit on a timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, month end reporting)
- Work directly with in-house maintenance team to maintain properties and drive tenant satisfaction
- Manage maintenance & service work performed by third-party vendors – collect bids and negotiate contracts, monitor work progress, and ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices An ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in property management
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Customer service-oriented and ability to build rapport with tenants
- Availability on weekends (on an as needed basis)
