Residential Service Pumber Area Manager 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Goodlettsville, TN 37072 Job description Plumbing Residential Service Manager Currently, our Nashville market has an immediate position available for an experienced Plumbing Residential Area Manager to head up our Plumbing division.
Plumbing Manager Functions:
Hire and train Plumbing technicians Inventory control Customer service Run service calls- 30% commission rate with 20% materials Vehicle management Quality control Facilitate all communication from office to field
Requirements :
10+ years of professional Plumbing experience. 5+ of those years need to be in residential service. 3+ years of management experience Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Clean criminal background check and drug screening We offer: Base compensation is based per technician managed, 30% commission and performance bonus opprotunity A service vehicle that you can bring home Tool allowance Uniforms PC and tablet PTO and holiday pay Benefits package offering medical, dental, and vision coverage.
