Job Description
Property Manager Express Employment Professionals Oakland, TN 38060 Looking for a dynamic, organized professional to manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities.
What You’ll Do:
Manage leases, move-ins/outs, evictions & inspections Collect rent, assess damages, handle billing & deposits Screen applicants & show units Resolve tenant issues & enforce policies Keep past-due reports updated Coordinate repairs, vendors, and property upkeep
Preferred:
YARDI & Microsoft Office experience Tax credit & affordable housing knowledge Strong admin skills (Dropbox, reporting, etc.) Must be able to: Lift up to 25 lbs, walk property, and pick up supplies as needed Apply today to lead a property that feels like home!
