What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations and leasing for a thriving apartment community Drive occupancy and financial performance Lead and mentor leasing and maintenance teams Conduct property inspections and maintain compliance with housing regulations Manage rent collections, resident relations, and service requests Maintain budget control and accurate reporting
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in multi-family property management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage leasing, marketing, and collections with confidence Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience with Entrata software (preferred)
