PM will be responsible for entering payments, handling resident issues/complaints, recertification of residents (if HUD resident). This is a cooperative community, therefore residents own a percentage of the property. We are requiring a minimum of one (1) full year of property management experience as well as at least one(1) full year of HUD project experience.
