Generation Property Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate assets, ensuring their optimal performance and value. You will oversee the operation and management of a select portfolio of properties, working closely with clients and internal teams to implement effective property management strategies that meet financial goals, maximize returns, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
    Portfolio Management:

    Oversee a diverse portfolio of real estate properties, ensuring they are managed effectively to meet clients’ investment goals and expectations.

      Property Operations:

      Coordinate day-to-day operations of properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and rent collection to ensure smooth management and high tenant satisfaction.

        Financial Performance:

        Monitor financial performance of properties, including budgeting, expense management, and ensuring rental income maximization.

          Client Communication:

          Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on portfolio performance, property condition, and market trends. Address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

            Lease Negotiations:

            Manage lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations, ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal standards.

              Risk Management:

              Develop and implement strategies to minimize operational risks, including overseeing insurance coverage, legal compliance, and tenant disputes.

                Vendor Management:

                Contribute to relationships with contractors, maintenance teams, and service providers to ensure quality service and cost-effective solutions for property upkeep.

                  Reporting & Compliance :

                  Prepare regular reports detailing financial performance, property conditions, and capital improvements. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

                    Strategy Development:

                    Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term strategies for portfolio growth, asset diversification, and property improvements.

                    Required Qualifications:
                    • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Professional certifications, such as CPM, RPA, or CCIM, are a plus).
                    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, real estate investment, or portfolio management.
                    • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, property management, best practices, and financial performance metrics.
                    • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use assets.
                    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Bi-Lingual a plus.
                    • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting tools.
                    • Ability to analyze financial statements, create budgets, and interpret market data.
                    • Understanding of real estate law, including lease agreements, tenant rights, and property regulations.
