We are seeking a full time LIHTC property manager to manage our LIHTC property in the Knoxville area.
Responsibilities include the following:
Leasing & Market Vacant Units Collecting Rent Maintaining Compliance of Affordable Housing Regulations Preparing & Processing Rental Applications Overseeing On-Site Maintenance or Other Personnel The Property Manager must have experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software skills. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/life insurance, and a retirement plan. Pay is based on experience level.
