We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple properties within our Knoxville portfolio.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Manage the daily operations of assigned properties
• Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency of each site
• Trains and manages onsite manager and maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with all federal and local laws including Fair Housing
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure that the company’s operations and values are aligned The Regional Property Manager must have experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software skills.
