Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the Knoxville, TN area. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong operational expertise, excellent people management skills, and a proven track record of maximizing property performance. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple residential properties within the assigned region Ensure properties are meeting financial, occupancy, and customer service goals Lead, coach, and support on-site property managers and leasing staff Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy Monitor budgets, financial performance, and capital improvements Ensure compliance with all company policies and local/state regulations Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and performance reviews Handle escalated resident issues and vendor relationships

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager or in a multi-site management role Strong knowledge of property management operations, fair housing laws, and financial reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage) Ability to travel regularly to properties within the region Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred
