Budget :
Set and collect rent, manage expenses, and maintain healthy cash flow while ensuring the property thrives financially. Staying In the
Know :
Ensure that everything we do aligns with local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws, so everyone feels secure and informed. Bringing in
New Neighbors :
Advertise available units, show them with pride, and maintain high occupancy rates with friendly lease negotiations.
Keeping Everyone Updated :
Prepare easy-to-read reports on leasing status, budgets, and any special projects for property owners and stakeholders. Leading the
Team :
Guide and support on-site staff, ensuring they have what they need to keep the property running smoothly.
Routine Checks :
Conduct property inspections to make sure everything looks great and meets all necessary standards.
Handling Tough Moments :

What We’re Looking For :
Experience :
Two or more years of property management with an active TN real estate license.
