The properties are used by the family and are not offered for long or short-term rental. We are seeking a professional property manager to manage the maintenance and care of the properties and related equipment including vehicles keeping them in consistently excellent condition. The position includes supervising staff personnel who work at the properties and managing preventive maintenance programs plus repairs to the real estate and equipment as needed. The property manager is hands on making repairs either personally or by supervising staff personnel who have the expertise to make the repairs or supervising independent contractors to do so. The successful candidate will have an impeccable reputation for honesty, dependability, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing people, real estate and related equipment. The family places great value on honest, dependable people who do good work for the family. As a result, the family has had many strong, long-term relationships beneficial to both the family and trusted colleagues.
