What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of multi-family property leasing experience (prior leadership experience is a plus) High-energy, customer-focused attitude with a passion for exceptional resident service Strong leadership and training skills to motivate and develop a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong written communication skills – ability to compose professional notices and correspondence Experience with property management software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in interviewing, screening, and hiring team members across various departments Support onboarding and training of new office personnel Help meet delinquency standards and ensure accurate financial tracking Drive occupancy goals by utilizing effective leasing and marketing strategies Process purchase orders and invoices as needed Conduct property leasing by implementing sales techniques and marketing methods per company standards Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and attitude at all times Demonstrate expertise in leasing, sales techniques, and property rental details Update and maintain rent roll tracking system Provide exceptional customer service by addressing resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously Apply Today!
