This role is essential in supporting the overall management of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that tenants receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a background in property or facilities management. Duties Assist the Property Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks related to property management. Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests. Utilize property management software such as OneSite and CMMS for tracking maintenance issues and tenant communications. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and upkeep. Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, demonstrating excellent customer service and phone etiquette. Support the leasing process by upselling available units and assisting with tenant onboarding. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and improvements on properties. Ensure adherence to legal regulations, and compliance where applicable. Experience Previous experience in property management or facilities management is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in relevant software applications. Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property management is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
