Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service Assist with email communications and respond to tenant and client inquiries Support the leasing process, including scheduling showings, preparing lease documents, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs Help manage and track maintenance work orders Provide general administrative support to help the office run smoothly Assist the Property Manager and team with daily tasks as needed

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and office software Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and take initiative Experience in property management or a similar office environment is preferred but not required
