Property Management Client Liaison Platinum Realty & Management 2150 Wilma Rudolph Boulevard, Clarksville, TN 37040 Overview The Property Management Client Liaison plays a crucial role in overseeing day to day operations in residential properties. This position is responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a thorough understanding of property leasing processes, and a commitment to upholding Fair Housing regulations. Duties Handle tenant inquiries and concerns, employing effective conflict management techniques to resolve issues promptly. Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting showings, and processing applications. Maintain accurate records through data entry and management of tenant files and contracts. Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Skills Strong conflict management abilities to effectively address tenant concerns and disputes. Knowledge of contract management and negotiation techniques to facilitate lease agreements. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in property leasing processes, including marketing strategies and tenant screening.
