Residential Building Maintenance Supervisor Location:

Murfreesboro, TN We are currently hiring a strong Maintenance Supervisor to support our multifamily property in Murfreesboro, TN. with experience leading crews and hands-on knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This role requires someone who can take ownership of the property and support on-site technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate make-ready tasks for new tenants and complete maintenance requests in occupied units
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and dispatch support when needed
• Handle pool maintenance and refrigeration systems as required
• Write routine maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in construction leadership or residential property maintenance
• Relevant certifications such as HVAC, CPO, or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$27

• 30/hour, based on experience
