Residential Building Maintenance Supervisor Location:
Murfreesboro, TN We are currently hiring a strong Maintenance Supervisor to support our multifamily property in Murfreesboro, TN. with experience leading crews and hands-on knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing). This role requires someone who can take ownership of the property and support on-site technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate make-ready tasks for new tenants and complete maintenance requests in occupied units
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and dispatch support when needed
- Handle pool maintenance and refrigeration systems as required
- Write routine maintenance reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including on-call responsibilities
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in construction leadership or residential property maintenance
- Relevant certifications such as HVAC, CPO, or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
