The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and experience with LIHTC properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Assist in managing property operations, ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and legal requirements. Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records of tenant information and contracts. Support the leasing process by conducting property tours, upselling available units, and negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants. Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with the property management team to implement marketing strategies that enhance occupancy rates. Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and correspondence related to property management activities. Assist in coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring timely resolution of issues affecting tenants. Must be able to understand how the eviction process works in order to assist with eviction process. Skills Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards. Experience with court process Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements effectively. Strong phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors. Organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently. Background in legal administrative tasks is a plus. Sales experience or an aptitude for upselling is beneficial. Leasing experience . Management experience.
