In this role, you’ll drive leasing performance, build strong resident retention programs, and collaborate closely with marketing and property management to achieve occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and train the leasing team to achieve and exceed leasing targets Monitor daily and weekly leasing activity, forecast occupancy, and provide performance reports Oversee resident retention programs, renewals, and referral strategies Ensure compliance with leasing policies, documentation standards, and system updates (ResMan) Support marketing efforts to attract prospective residents and boost traffic Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and support to leasing consultants
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in leasing management or a senior leasing role Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills Proficiency with leasing and property management software (experience with ResMan a plus) Ability to analyze leasing data and take action on trends Commitment to providing an outstanding resident experience
