Our ideal property manager candidate must have the following experience:

• Usage of Appfolio property management system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
• Strong communication skills for calling residents regarding past due rent balances, maintenance work requests, vendors, etc.
• Preferably must speak bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Previous property management background is preferred.

Position will require managing various properties at both our Memphis, TN and West Memphis, AR office. This is a full-time position, which will require flexible hours, which will be discussed at time of interview. This is an ideal opportunity to grow with our property management office. Ideal candidate will be required to develop strong business and personal relationships within the city of Memphis and nearby West Memphis and surrounding communities with local outreach.
