The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team.

Job functions:

Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines Contracts with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposit Enforces occupancy policies and procedures Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
