- Johnson City / Jonesborough Area We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual or couple to serve as the on-site manager for a mid-sized Class B apartment property located in the Johnson City / Jonesborough, Tennessee area.
This is an independent contractor position that includes on-site housing (or requires living nearby) and a modest monthly stipend.
Note:
This role does not include maintenance responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for a retired individual or couple with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. The right candidate(s) will be personable, organized, and responsive to both tenants and the property owner.
Requirements:
