House Manager 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Johnson City, TN 37615 Home Manager – Envision Envision is seeking a dedicated Home Manager to provide compassionate support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their homes. This role includes direct care responsibilities, supervision of caregivers within the home, and maintaining essential medical and financial documentation for monthly review. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for home-related issues (on-call, with one weekend off per month). Oversee one home and supervise caregivers. Manage staff schedules and arrange coverage for call-ins. Conduct a minimum of three site visits monthly, including at least one during third-shift hours. Facilitate at least three fire drills per month ensuring one occurs during third-shift hours. Deliver initial and ongoing training for each staff member upon placement. Perform monthly MAR reviews for each individual. Collect, review, and ensure accuracy of end-of-month (EOM) paperwork , securing necessary corrections. Provide direct care, fostering a supportive living environment for individuals. Arrange and transport individuals to appointments and community outings using the agency vehicle. Complete, organize, and review all written and digital documentation. Supervise staff performance and ensure quality documentation compliance.
