The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and social work, along with proven skills in program development and management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively supervise staff, manage relationships, and oversee administrative functions to ensure the success of our programs. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of programs tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities. Supervise and support staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Oversee administrative tasks related to program management, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Develop and manage budgets for various programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary. Provide guidance and support in behavioral health initiatives to enhance service delivery. Skills Strong experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent relationship management skills to build trust and collaboration among stakeholders. Proficient in administrative tasks, including budgeting and program management. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while promoting a culture of accountability and support. Experience in program development that meets the needs of diverse populations. Background in behavioral health or social work is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
