The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for program development, particularly in supporting elderly individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple programs while fostering relationships with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Duties Oversee the daily operations of our ID/LAH, CWP, and E&D Waiver programs; ensuring they meet organizational goals and standards. Develop, implement, and evaluate program initiatives that enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes. Supervise staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to promote collaboration and resource sharing. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve service delivery. Provide administrative oversight for program documentation, reporting, and quality assurance processes. This position will work closely with our CEO and COO. Requirements Proven experience in supervising teams within the healthcare industry. Strong background in program development and management, particularly within the Alabama Medicaid Waiver sector. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in Excel. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting processes. A degree in social work or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications may be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
