Asst. Director Just For Kids 1027 South Park Avenue, Titusville, FL 32780 Job Summary The Assistant Director will play a key role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This position involves overseeing program management, budgeting, relationship management, and supervising staff to ensure the effective operation of the organization. Duties Manage programs for individuals with developmental disabilities Supervise staff members and provide guidance and support Assist in budgeting and financial management of programs Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners Contribute to program development initiatives Provide administrative support to the Director Utilize social work and behavioral health knowledge to enhance services Qualifications Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is essential Strong program management skills Ability to manage budgets effectively Excellent relationship management abilities Prior experience in supervising staff Proficiency in administrative tasks Background in social work or behavioral health is preferred Demonstrated ability in program development
