Job Description Manage day-to-day operations of the academy Assisting the building process of additional programs Oversee educators, admissions, and compliance Ensure compliance with state board regulations, accreditation standards (COE, CIE, FSA, IPEDS, and Financial aid yearly audit Lead student enrollment strategies and retention efforts Handle reporting to accreditation bodies and licensing agencies Develop, review, engage and update school curriculum and policies Supervise staff hiring, training, and evaluations Address student concerns and manage grievances Maintain required records (attendance, grades, enrollment agreements) New Program application process with all regulatory bodies. Other assigned duties 2. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in managing a beauty school or similar post-secondary institution Knowledge of accreditation regulations and licensing compliance Experienced instructional or education leadership. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, time management, teammate and innovative skills Valid beauty or cosmetology license required 3. Certification All regulatory bodies, COE (Council on Occupational Education), CIE (FLDOE), Financial Aid expects qualified candidate leadership. 4.
