The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program development and management, with a passion for enhancing the lives of those we serve. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, supervise staff, and foster relationships within the community. Duties Oversee the development and implementation of programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability and compliance with funding requirements. Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and government agencies. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings and improve operational efficiency. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes. Skills Strong budgeting skills to manage financial resources efficiently. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Proven ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Expertise in program development that aligns with organizational goals and community needs. Supervisory skills that promote staff growth and retention through mentorship and training. Background in social work or behavioral health is highly desirable. Excellent relationship management skills to build trust and collaboration among diverse stakeholders. Strong administrative capabilities to maintain organized records, reports, and compliance documentation. Proficient in program management techniques to ensure successful project execution from inception to completion.
