In partnership with the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director is responsible to provide leadership and support daily operations to our client care programs. The Assistant Program Director will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and supporting effective implementation of all in-home treatment. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines. This position will also require individual to have a caseload as well. Qualifications:

Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals Experience in quality management preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation:
