Program Director – Community Based Day Services Confidential Plymouth, MA 02360
Your Role:
As the Program Director , you will oversee all aspects of a single, impactful program — including planning, organizing, staffing, and leading day-to-day activities. Your mission is to ensure the program runs smoothly, meets the highest standards, and delivers meaningful results for the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning Develop and implement long-term goals and initiatives that support the program’s mission and align with the organization’s overall direction. Program Management Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and professional standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records. Staff Leadership Supervise and train program staff. Provide ongoing feedback and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Community Engagement Communicate effectively with participants, stakeholders, and funders. Strengthen support for the program and enhance service delivery. Financial Oversight Manage the program’s budget and financial documentation. Ensure timely submission of invoices and reports to funders. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure the program adheres to all regulatory and licensing requirements. Identify and manage potential risks. Training & Support Deliver comprehensive training for staff. Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings, trainings, and webinars.

Strong verbal and written communication.

Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership Experience:
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, iOS, and video conferencing tools.
Relevant Experience:
7-10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities. At least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Education:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Must pass a background check. Valid driver’s license required.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
Up to $70,000.00 per year
