Search Reopened-Day Habilitation Program Director 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Plymouth, MA 02360 Seeking a full-time Program Director for our Plymouth day habilitation program, which provides services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

Supervision of staff to ensure delivery of quality services and supports that increase lifestyle options, independence and improve our members’ quality of life Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating of staff Conduct regularly scheduled staff meetings/teambuilding Monitor budget Prepare monthly reports Communicate with administration, families, other agencies and service providers on a regular basis Ensure best practices are implemented within the program. Oversees active treatment program at local nursing home. Qualified Candidates MUST have : A minimum of 6 years of experience in the human services field with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent writing and communication skills. Experience in a day habilitation program a plus. Current knowledge of developing/writing service plans. Excellent organizational skills This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, salaried position with a great benefit package, including generous paid time-off. Starting pay scale is between $55, 000-$58,000/year depending upon relevant experience.
