The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our team meets organizational goals while maintaining high standards of safety, security, and service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative environment among a diverse team. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead, train, and mentor supervisors to achieve their objectives and foster professional development. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed to ensure safety protocols are followed. Oversee incident reporting and ensure accurate report writing for all significant events. Manage conflict resolution processes effectively within the team. Oversee the scheduling of all training. Cultivate relationships with community partners to promote positive engagement and collaboration. Skills Proven experience in law enforcement or security management is highly desirable. Strong report-writing skills for documenting incidents and operational activities. Excellent conflict management skills to handle disputes effectively and diplomatically. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team building and motivation. Qualification At least 10 years of experience in law enforcement, a jail setting, or the department of corrections. live within a reasonable distance. Valid Missouri driver’s license. Clear criminal history with no criminal arrest record.
