Program Director – Aging Division 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Cleveland, MS 38732 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to lead the Aging Division and staff. This role plans, and directs the delivery of services to the elderly and disable in collaboration with other agencies as instructed by the Executive Director in accordance with federal, state, and funding agency standards. Responsibilities The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for program development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Prepares and submits reports as required. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Education, Training and Experience B.S. Degree in Social Work (preferred) or a a related field and two years working with the elderly, disabled, and public. Must have a valid Driver’s License and Proof of Automobile Insurance. Must successfully complete and pass the 40-hour personal care services curriculum training course and the standardized examination designed by DOM.
