Economic Development CoordinatorStatement of Duties:
The Economic Development Coordinator will provide administrative support, manage Salesforce data, coordinate meetings, facilitate stakeholder communication, track project progress, and assist with special projects and research to ensure efficient operations and alignment with strategic economic development initiatives.

Typical Tasks
- Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting notes for board meetings and strategy sessions
- Maintain and update task lists to track internal project progress and deadlines
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including arranging travel for key staff members
- Reserve, set up, and manage meeting locations for both on-site and off-site events
- Communicate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely service and material deliveries
- Enter and update client activities, outreach efforts, and events in Salesforce
- Track and maintain records of grant-related milestones, compliance, and deadlines
- Generate and analyze Salesforce reports to support strategic decision-making
- Draft and manage communications with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
- Create and schedule social media updates to align with organizational messaging and goals
- Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, and other stakeholder communications.

Physical RequirementsWork in this classification is generally sedentary. Work does require the ability to talk with stakeholders and see printed materials and a computer screen, and the physical dexterity to operate a motor vehicle and office equipment. Generally, work is not required out of the office.
