Program Director, Rocky Mount NC (2025-172) 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 112 Zebulon Court, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking a Program Director for it’s Rocky Mount Location. The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a Day Program Center dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The Program Director will ensure that all programs are designed and implemented to foster independence, enhance quality of life, and support the personal goals of the individuals served. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and manage a diverse team, develop and maintain community partnerships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Schedule:
8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; extended or weekend hours during extenuating circumstances and as duties dictate. Due to the supervisory nature of this position, the program director is required to be in the office or in the community during normal business hours. The Program Director will be hired, trained and supervised by the Agency President. He or she will be directly responsible for providing support to the clients, client families, agency director, and case supervisors (QPs). The Program Director duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Hire and train Case Supervisors. Provide initial and ongoing training to support new case supervisors, including requirements related to Medicaid, IPRS, the LME and internal agency requirements. Monitor and enforce site rules and processes. Guide, mentor, reprimand direct reports. Ensure case supervisors are maximizing productivity and meeting required productivity standards within agency. Perform routine QA checks to ensure that QPs are completing all documentation requirements in a timely manner. Attend Program Director Meetings and conduct Case Supervisor meetings at least monthly to ensure that all case supervisors receive current information updates Serve as the Privacy Officer for the site office to ensure HIPAA guidelines are met or exceeded. Responsible for the oversight of the Agency’s participation in MCO Audits, Implementation Reviews and any other audits. Complete new client intakes and transfers from other provider agencies. Represent agency at Provider Fairs, Job Fairs, Provider Meetings and Interagency/DD Council meetings. Ensure Quality Assurance protocols are in place and utilized (i.e. Client Satisfaction Surveys). Ensure Quality Assurance Contacts are acted upon as required. Supervise QPs. Ensure monthly supervisions by QPs are completed, annual performance evaluations and more frequent documentation as necessary. Track Vacation, Personal Leave and flex time for QPs – document information for tracking by Accounting. Any other duties assigned by the Agency President.
