This is a full-time in office position (no hybrid/remote). Essential Functions As the Director of Budgets and Grants Management you will plan and execute the grantmaking process working with key personnel in the organization. Plan and implement budget procedures, including monthly monitoring of department expenditures and revenues; communicate monitoring status to management; assist departments in the preparation of department budgets and budget materials; review and make recommendations on department budget proposals; assist in the development of multi-year forecast estimates for department expenditures and revenues; review department performance measures by working with key personnel in the organization on the annual federal grant application. Research funding opportunities, manage documents and deadlines, report grantee results, and prepare the agency’s annual budget.

Education and Experience:
Accepted :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with 10 years of Grant and Budget Development experience.

Preferred :

Master’s degree in accounting or related field with 7 years of Grant and Budget Development experience. Must have experience developing budget and grant applications for a large federally funded organization. Able to communicate, receive, and transfer written, oral, and electronic information effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Budgeting and Accounting Software is necessary for this role. Experience with Budgeting and ERP software.
