PROGRAM MANAGER

Currently seeking:
Program Services Manager Position Purpose The Program Services Manager is responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment that promotes emotional well-being and quality care, while providing oversight to ensure services align with program standards, regulations, and best practices. Additionally, The Program Services Manager develops program goals and objectives that reflect the needs of the participants served. The Program Services Manager ensures compliance with agency, accreditation, local, state and federal standards for programs. The Program Services Manager is held accountable for ensuring that the program is managed and held to the highest standards. This includes clinical quality, quality assurance, financial management, funder requirements, recruitment and retention, communications, compliance, revenue cycle, and general program operations. Reviews workload balance and procedural concerns, and addresses these with the executive director as needed. Responsibilities Leadership Adheres to Wake Enterprises Code of Ethics. Directly supervises QDDPs Develops and monitors program(s) using key performance indicators and metrics to ensure quality staff support, fiscal responsibility, effective oversight, and ongoing program development. Responsible for all plans of correction and addressing all complaints and grievances in a timely and thorough manner. Oversee and participates in the recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation and disciplinary process for all employees. Effectively communicates program needs to staff and initiates policies necessary in the operation of the agency. Allocates talent and resources among direct reports to ensure adequate participant supervision and smooth operation of service sites and community-based services. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all program sites and services. Quality Assurance Assures that no person is subject to abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation. Recognizes obligation to report any suspected abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation. Ensures that all participants have current and appropriate treatment plans and/or required documentation in place, that their needs are met, and that they are receiving trauma-informed evidence based care. Establishes and maintains working relationships with professionals, staff, parents and participants. Confers with parents, outside agency administrators, testing specialists, social workers and others to develop or review a participant’s program. Reviews the instructional methods developed by QDDPs to ensure services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant, while considering regulatory standards and the physical, emotional, and developmental levels of those served. Finance and Other Operations Monitor and ensure all required, regulatory documentation is complete, accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Collaborates with the Executive Director and revenue cycle team to ensure that all participants have current authorizations, if necessary and that all services and related documentation are accurately and promptly entered into the electronic health record according to policy. Supports the resolution of outstanding/unpaid services and claims. Communicate funder/government information to employees to ensure understanding and compliance and attend local funder/government meetings, as requested by the
Executive Director Required Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field from a four-year college or university and two year’s related experience or training; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) qualifications. Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License, personal vehicle and insurance and be eligible to be placed on Wake Enterprises insurance coverage. Must have NCI certification. Must have First Aid/CPR Certification. Must have Medication Administration Certification.
